Entry fee is $75.00 per person (non-tax deductible).

This includes unlimited range balls, green fees, cart, lunch and door prizes.

Foursome pairings will be selected randomly.

Only the first paid and completed registrations post marked May 23rd 2008 or later will be accepted.

Please be ready to golf at 7:30 am and remember,

that this tournament is for 18 years and older.
